Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply add your preferred products to the cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check order status in “My Account.”


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! All orders include free nationwide shipping within the U.S.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.


3. Returns & Replacements

Q: What if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit my space?
A: No worries! You can return your product within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: If your item or packaging is damaged due to shipping, please provide:

  • A photo of the damaged packaging
  • A photo of the product damage
  • The shipping label or tracking number
    Once confirmed, we’ll send free replacement parts immediately — no extra cost.

4. Product Support & Warranty

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes. All AddBig Pilates equipment includes a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Even after the warranty period, we still provide free replacement parts (you just pay for shipping).

Q: Need help with installation or use?
A: We provide detailed manuals and video tutorials. If you still have questions, reach out anytime — we’re here 24/7.
