If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, simply email us at support@addbig-pilates.com, and we’ll arrange the pickup for you — no need to carry heavy packages to a shipping center.

  • All Pilates equipment comes with a 3-year warranty for motors, frames, and core components.
  • Within 3 years, if any part breaks or malfunctions, we’ll send replacements free of charge, including shipping.
  • After 3 years, we continue to offer free spare parts, with customers covering only the shipping cost.
